1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the DHAN application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use DHAN. You must be actively engaged in gig economy work (ride-hailing, delivery, or similar) to use the EWA feature.

3. The DHAN Service

DHAN provides:

  • AI-generated demand tips based on anonymised, aggregated market signals. Tips are advisory only — we do not guarantee earnings outcomes.
  • An Earned Wage Access (EWA) facility that allows eligible users to draw up to 50% of their estimated earned wages ahead of platform payout cycles.

4. EWA Terms

  • EWA advances are not loans. They represent an advance against wages you have already earned.
  • A service fee may apply. The applicable fee will be displayed clearly before you confirm any withdrawal.
  • Advances are processed via Razorpay X to your registered UPI ID. Wirepay Solutions LLP is not responsible for delays caused by your UPI provider or bank.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your UPI ID is accurate before requesting a payout.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
  • Provide false income data to inflate EWA eligibility.
  • Use the app in any manner that violates applicable Indian law.

6. Disclaimers

DHAN's demand tips are based on historical patterns and do not guarantee future earnings. We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wirepay Solutions LLP is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on tip predictions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hi@dhan.cash.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
